Interested in being a small group leader?
The small group experience is one of the most important times at every conference. Mo-Ranch needs small group leaders mature in their faith who are willing to listen to youth and help guide them along as they explore the theme of the conference through activities, bible study, prayer, sharing, laughter and many other ways.
Small Group Leaders provide critical leadership for our Youth Conferences. Their responsibilities include leading a group of approximately 15 youth and adults during the conference. They are reimbursed for travel expenses (in accordance with the conference centerís travel policy) and receive on-site lodging and meals.

Mo-Ranch prefers Small Group Leaders be 21 years of age or older by the time their conference begins. Small Group Leaders must be at least 3 years older than the youth participants in the conference. We are committed to selecting a wide range of persons who are active members of Presbyterian Churches (USA); who represent diverse geographical distribution, racial/ethnic diversity, and have experience in church leadership roles. In most cases we limit small group leaders to two conferences per summer.
