Day Camp: Behavior

All children will be oriented to our behavior and safety rules on their first day of camp. Counselors are trained to handle behavior problems with positive reinforcement, redirection, time outs and consequences appropriate to the camper's actions and age level. Corporal punishment is not allowed at Mo-Ranch Outdoor Adventure Day Camp. Should a camper exhibit repeated episodes of disruptive, unsafe, or violent behavior that is not corrected with positive behavior management, their parents or guardians will be asked to pick the camper up from Mo-Ranch at that time. If the problem continues the next day, the child will be sent home and not allowed to return to camp. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
