Please fill out one registration form per camper. A $100.00 per-camper, per-session-reserved, non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee must accompany the registration form to hold a spot for your camper. The balance of your session fee must be received in full by April 15, 2013. You are welcome to make partial payments up until April 15, 2013. If registering after April 15, 2013, payment in full must accompany the registration form.
If the registration form and fee are received by March 1, 2013, you will receive a $50.00 early registration discount.
A 5% sibling discount is also available after one camper pays full fee. The sibling discount is $34.75 for a one-week session and $71.75 for a two-week session. You may not receive both the early registration discount and the sibling discount for the same camper.
Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter via email. No online payments. Mail checks to or make credit card payments through the Summer Camp Registrar, phone 800 460-4401 ext. 250 or email summercamp@moranch.com.
Refund policy
Cancellations made before April 15 will receive a full refund minus the
$100 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee. Cancellations within three weeks of assigned session will forfiet the entire registration fee unless the
vacancy is filled by another camper.
Any cancellations after April 15, 2013 will forfeit the $100.00 per-camper, per-session-reserved, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Refund of the balance of the registration fee will only be at the discretion of the Director. If cancellation is for medical or academic reasons, written verification from the Doctor or School will be required.

Partial scholarships are available for families with financial need. Contact the Summer Camp office for a scholarship application at 1-800-460-4401 ext. 250 or summercamp@moranch.com
