Jobs at Mo: Seasonal and Summer Camp Positions

Thank you for your interest in Mo-Ranch seasonal employment. Our summer season runs from Mid-May thru early-September and is limited to no more than four month in duration. Many of these positions are wonderful opportunities for first time jobs. In addition, for college students we offer the Summer Staff Program that provides housing and worship while working on the ranch for the summer.
Benefits available for all seasonal staff include:
  • Facility access for employee and family, including some discount on housing rental.
  • Staff discount at King Dining Hall and Gift Shop

    Summer Camp Staff live and work with campers. Employment dates are from late-May to late-July.

    Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) Staff work with school groups teaching environmental and leadership skills. Employment dates are from August thru November and February thru May.
