- Willingness to work hard and play hard
- Willingness to become part of a close community
- Desire for personal and spiritual growth
- Ability to be flexible and self-motivated, have passion, stamina, patience and fun
- Willingness to participate in weekly bible study and worship
- Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Must complete at least one year of college
