The long-term health of Mo-Ranch, the growth of its ministry, and its protection against inflation, ultimately depend on a strong endowment. The Board of Trustees has established a fiscally responsible policy to use only a portion of endowment earnings so that the corpus will continue to grow.
It is our goal to increase significantly over the next decades the size of the ranch's endowment:
unrestricted endowment to assist the ranch in addressing inflation and in limiting increases in costs of housing for guests |
restricted endowments to ensure the future quality of camps, conferences, and retreats with the resources to try new initiatives that address the needs of the church and broader society |
maintenance endowments to help Mo-Ranch ensure that no individual is deprived of worthwhile involvement in a program or camp because of financial needs |
