Volunteer Programs: Overview

Volunteers assist Presbyterian Mo-Ranch Assembly in almost every department. The type of project and length of assignment varies depending on current needs. The greatest need is from mid-October through mid-April. We accept individuals, couples, families, and work groups (both youth and adult).

Assignment length depends upon the availability of housing and the amount of work to be done. Between May and September, housing opportunities are almost non-existent due to the large number of guests at Mo-Ranch. Housing availability will be verified and confirmed before volunteers are accepted.

If you desire to donate time while staying at Mo-Ranch for an event or personal time, small, informal projects may be available, such as working in the gardens or picking up trash. When making your reservations, please tell the Guest Service Agent that you wish to donate time toward a service project, and ask to speak to the Volunteer Program Coordinator.
