Cost for the conference is $231.00 for double occupancy in Nicklos Place. Included are two nights lodging, tuition, and five meals beginning with dinner on Friday.
Please send full payment or a $75 per person advance payment with completed registration form. The balance of all fees will be due 60 days prior to the start of the event or upon your registration if that occurs within 60 days of the event. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after 60 days prior to the start of the event, nor any applying of the deposit toward other charges or future deposits. The $75 advance payment will be refunded, less a $25 service charge, if registration is canceled at least 60 days before the conference.
