This retreat will invite participants into a deeper intimacy with God where they are enabled to be effective spiritual leaders. This leadership is based not primarily on human strength, wisdom or resources, but on resources only God can and will provide as we move into deeper partnership with the Lord and Head of the church. When the pastor joins the officers of the church to form a Spirit-empowered leadership team, amazing things can happen. |
"Where are You?" Genesis 3:9
An invitation to a deeper experience of God, an opportunity to reflect with others on how we experience God's presence/absence in our lives.
"What are we doing?" II Cor. 3:18
Letting God transform us and use us to transform the world
"The Church- row boat or sail boat?" Acts 2:1-4, John 14:12-14
The church was meant to be a God-powered movement. God invites us to stop rowing the church and instead put up the sails.
"Accessing Spiritual Resources" Acts 3:1-9
When we get to the end of what we have, is that all there is? How can we tap into God's resources to do God's work?
