The conference fee includes lodging, meals and tuition. Participants will be housed in Wynne/Flato Lodge and Pheasant Run, which feature two queen beds and a private bath in each room.
Single Occupancy: $340
Double Occupancy: $250
Commuter: $144.50
Rates are discounted until May 24. After 5/24/13 please add an additional $25 per person.
A $75 deposit is accepted until May 24. Balance due May 24 or upon registration if registering after 5/24/13.
The balance of all fees will be due 60 days prior to the start of the event or upon registration if that occurs within 60 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after 60 days prior to the start of the event. Advance registration deposit, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if reservations are canceled at least 60 days prior to the conference.
