Class Preferences
The classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may take only one morning class during the week. You must list at least two course choices on your registration form to be assigned a class. Every effort will be made to place you in your first or second choice course.
Transportation
For transportation from San Antonio International Airport, call Kars for Hire in Kerrville at (830) 329-2360 at least 15 days in advance. Schedule arriving flights before 2 pm and departing flights after 1 pm.
Check-In
Conference check-in begins Sunday, July 14, at 4 pm followed by dinner from 5:306:30 pm. Welcome, opening worship and orientation to your primary class begins after dinner on Sunday.
Supply Fees
Supply fees cover the actual supply costs for different classes and vary depending on the course you choose. These fees are paid directly to the instructor at the first class session. Please come to the conference prepared to pay those fees with cash or check.
What Do I Bring?
Approximately one month before the conference, a confirmation email with a supply list, more specifics for each class, and ropes course release forms will be sent to all participants.
In addition to special equipment and materials for your class, you may want to bring a Bible, notebook, flashlight, comfortable walking shoes, casual clothing, tennis equipment, swimsuit, water shoes, rain gear, camera, lidded cup or mug, sunscreen and insect repellent.
