Jr. High Jubilee: Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration for youth conferences is by group only on a first-come basis and will not be confirmed until all information is received. Confirmation is dependent on the availability of sufficient adult sponsors for each gender of youth (1 adult per 5 youth).

A deposit of $75 per person must accompany registration. The balance of all fees will be due 60 days prior to the start of the event or upon registration if within 60 days.

Initial housing assignments will be conditional upon numbers remaining constant and will be provisional until the balance of the conference cost is paid.

Full refund less $25 administrative fee per person will be made if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the conference. There are generally no refunds for cancellations received after 60 days prior to the start of the event nor any applying of the deposit toward other charges or future deposits.

A list of participants must be provided 60 days prior to the start of the conference. Only one for one substitutions of a male for a male or a female for a female may be made thereafter without additional charge.
