Location: Mo-Ranch Conference Center is located approximately 100 miles northwest of San Antonio or southwest of Austin. Access www.moranch.com for driving directions.

Registration: All participants MUST REGISTER TWICE: with PAM for the conference program and with Mo-Ranch for housing and meals.
Housing and Meals: Accommodations include double occupancy hotel rooms with private bath and two queen size beds in each room. A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional cost. Group facilities at Guest Lodge and Milk Barn have shared baths, mainly bunk beds. All linens are furnished and all meals from Sunday dinner through Friday breakfast are included in the cost. A $75 per person deposit will hold your room reservation. A non-participating spouse pays hotel room and meal rate. Balance of all Mo-Ranch fees is due April 20, 2011.
Housing and Meals Scholarships & Group Rates: Need based scholarship applications for housing and meal costs are available on the Mo-Ranch website www.moranch.com, or by calling 800-460-4401, ext. 239. Endorsement of applicant’s pastor or church officer is required. Submission deadline is March 20, 2011.
**A Special Housing and Meals Choir Rate is available to choir groups of 4 or more in group housing only. Preferably the groups should include a choir or music director, the minister, and a member of the church’s worship committee. (See Choir Group Registration Form)

Youth (Fall ’11 Grades 7-12) and Children (Fall ’11 Grades 2 – 6) must be chaperoned by adults for the entire week with a ratio of one chaperone/sponsor to five youth and/or children. Sponsor duties include residing with the youth/children, supervising behavior, assuring attendance at worship, assigned classes, and rehearsals.
All sponsors and parents are required to attend a meeting following Sunday night worship. Sponsors do not pay registration fees provided they only attend worship, evening activities and the classes for which they chaperone. Sponsors will receive forms packets for their youth and children.
Refund requests with an April 20 postmark will be made less a $25 per person service charge for Mo-Ranch. PAM refund requests with a May 24 postmark will have an $91 per person service charge for adults and $50 charge for anyone under age 22. Generally, no refunds will be made for requests postmarked or received after April 20 at Mo-Ranch or after May 24 at PAM.
