Make Check-In Easier:
Prior to your arrival decide which sponsor will go to Check-In. Make sure the sponsor is familiar with all the forms and double check to make sure all forms are filled out completely by every participant and their parent or guardian.
Divide your paperwork by form and then in alphabetical order by participant.
We will take up and keep the Health Form, Release Form, and the Child Protection Form. Please make copies for your own use before you arrive. We will check to be sure that your group has signed their covenants, but Mo-Ranch will not keep a copy.
