Registration and Cancellation Policies
 
New for 2013 – Sponsors must send in a copy of a completed background check to finalize registration. If needed, Mo-Ranch is able to run background checks for sponsors. Send in an authorization form with an $8 fee for each sponsor. more details

Additional Forms: Youth & Sponsors
Each participant should complete the forms below. One sponsor per church will bring all forms to check-in. Double check to make sure you have all signatures before leaving for Mo-Ranch.DO NOT SUBMIT IN ADVANCE.
 
We will take up and keep the Health/Release Form and the Child Protection Form. Please make copies for your own use before you arrive. We will check to be sure that your group has signed their covenants, but Mo-Ranch will not keep a copy.
