Texas Hill Country Adventures - Then & Now
Adult $599 Child $499
Paddle and hike as you explore the rivers and hills of the Texas Hill Country. Encounter the wonder of the outdoors under rocks, in trees and beneath the waters with experienced outdoor educators. Sing camp songs and learn some Texas Tall Tales. Visit a pioneer village, tour the LBJ Ranch and the Sauer-Beckman Living History Farm at the LBJ State Park. Plunge into the Guadalupe River on the 38-foot-tall Mo-Ranch slide. Daily activities, shared and apart, include classes in archery and ecology. Adults will enjoy learning about the mavericks of Texas history from the 1800’s through 2000. Outdoor adventures will include a ropes challenge course, canoeing and kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, orienteering, and rock climbing.
